Most health and life coaches focus on habits, discipline, and motivation. But the truth is, most people already know what they need to do to feel better. The challenge isn’t knowledge, it’s making the changes stick.

Research shows that 95% of our behaviors are habitual, shaped by unconscious patterns and external pressures. That’s why, even when we “know better,” we often find ourselves falling back into old ways that no longer serve us.

My approach isn’t about willpower or pushing harder. It’s about becoming aware of the internal scripts that drive your behavior, rewiring deep-seated patterns, and learning how to regulate your nervous system so that change feels natural and easeful, rather than forced. Whether your goal is to sleep better, reduce stress, lose weight, end burnout cycles, or simply feel more at home in your body and life, this work meets you where you are, with compassion, curiosity, and tools that create lasting transformation from the inside out.

I integrate somatic healing and nervous system regulation to help break the cycle of “stuck,” weaving together ancestral and indigenous wisdom with modern science. This is about unlearning the conditioning that’s held you back, and reclaiming a new, more aligned way of being.

What does coaching include?

The coaching is centered on Holistic Wellness Transformation, a personalized system that includes:

  • Understanding your nervous system and energy cycles, learning to work with your body

  • Identifying and unlearning patterns that keep you stuck, breaking the cycle at the root

  • Creating sustainable rituals and routines, simple, intuitive practices that fit your life

  • Developing self-trust and embodied awareness, learning to listen to what your body actually needs

Think removing what’s draining you so well-being becomes second nature.

 FAQs

  • Most of the people who find me are high achievers, perfectionists, overthinkers, or sensitive souls. People who are doing all the right things yet still feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of burnout.

    They are often:

    • Busy professionals who struggle to stick to healthy routines

    • People who feel drained and wired at the same time, restless yet exhausted

    • Individuals who have tried everything: diets, mindfulness apps, self-help books but still can’t make the changes stick

    • Those searching for more ease, more clarity, and a way of living that actually feels good

  • I work best with open-minded, introspective individuals who are ready to explore deeper layers of healing. My clients don’t need to have all the answers, but they do need to be willing to:

    • Slow down and listen to their body’s signals

    • Unlearn old patterns that no longer serve them

    • Embrace small, sustainable shifts rather than extreme overhauls

I don’t expect perfection, just a willingness to show up for yourself in a new way.

  • This program is not for people who:

    • Are looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan

    • Aren’t open to deeper self-inquiry and nervous system work

    • Expect external motivation instead of cultivating self-trust

If you want strict meal plans, rigid exercise regimens, or another surface-level wellness routine, this isn’t the right space. But if you’re looking for a deeply personal and sustainable transformation, I’d love to work with you.

  • It depends on where you’re starting. Some clients feel a shift in their energy, clarity, and mindset within the first few weeks. Others experience a gradual transformation over a few months as they integrate these practices into daily life.

This is about lasting change, not temporary fixes.

  • Your results depend on your commitment to the process. If you show up, engage with the work, and take small steps consistently, you will see transformation.

  • Yes, because this work impacts every area of your life. When you stop running on empty and start feeling energized, clear-headed, and connected to yourself:

    • Your productivity, creativity, and focus improve

    • Your relationships become more fulfilling

    • Your stress levels drop, and your overall well-being increases

It’s an investment in a way of living that actually sustains you.
