Coming Home to Yourself is a 4-months private 1:1 coaching experience for high-achieving, heart-centered humans ready to live in alignment and embodiment with clarity, ease, and integrity.

You’ve been doing it all. Holding it together, showing up, achieving. But beneath the surface, you're running on empty. Burnt out, disconnected, or questioning whether this is the path you’re meant to be on.

Come Home to Yourself is a 4-month 1:1 coaching journey for high-functioning individuals who are ready to step off the treadmill of pressure and perfection and return to a life rooted in truth, spaciousness, and deep inner alignment.

Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift so you can move through life with grounded confidence, intention, and self-trust. Using a blend of somatic tools, nervous system regulation, and intuitive rituals, we’ll gently release outdated patterns and create space for what’s next.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel clearer, more whole, and fully in charge of your path. Living from your truth, not the expectations placed upon you.

    Where She Started
    This client is a high-achieving lawyer and writer who came to coaching feeling chronically depleted and emotionally overwhelmed. Shaped by the pressures of a demanding career and the conditioning of growing up in an immigrant household, she struggled with work/life balance, guilt around rest, and a creative process burdened by fear and unprocessed emotions. Writing, once a source of joy, had become a source of tension.

    What Shifted During Our Work Together
    Through nervous system regulation tools like breathwork, grounding, and somatic release, she developed a personalized toolkit and rituals to support her transitions out of stress and into presence.   • While coaches are not required to be licensed, many pursue professional training and certification. I hold a dual-track certification in Health and Life Coaching through an ICF-accredited program rooted in ethical standards, client-centered communication, and evidence-based practices.

    In addition to my coaching credentials, I am a certified yoga teacher, Qi Gong instructor, and somatic practitioner. My approach integrates both Eastern and Western wisdom, drawing from my personal Daoist cultivation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Five Element theory, alongside modern insights from psychology, neuroscience, and Polyvagal Theory.

    I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, holistic support that honors the fullness of who you are: mind, body, and spirit. My practice is rooted in a deep reverence for both ancient traditions and modern science, allowing me to guide clients through meaningful transformation with clarity, care, and integrity.

Most clients begin to see meaningful shifts within the first month, with deeper, long-lasting results unfolding over longer period, which is why my coaching program is designed to be 3 to 12 months long.
