Meet Tian Tian
I know exactly what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, never enough, and trapped in a cycle of burnout.
After more than a decade of doing everything “right”, Harvard, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, I hit my breaking point. In one year, my closest family member passed away, my 11-year relationship ended, and I finally landed my dream job, only to realize it no longer excited me. I felt lost and confused, wondering what was wrong with me. The more I pushed myself, the more my health declined, joy faded, and more lost I became.
That’s when I turned to a holistic healing approach, and everything began to shift. Coaching gave me the tools and framework to redesign my life on my own terms. Somatic and restorative practices helped me get out of my head and back into my body. Spiritual teachers, nature, wisdom keepers helped me reconnect with something greater than myself. Through this integrated body–mind–soul approach, I began to unlearn intergenerational patterns and hustle culture, and returned to a more grounded, embodied way of living rooted in ease, joy, and purpose.
Today, I help high-achieving Asian American women do the same: break the cycle of burnout, end overwhelm, and build sustainable lives that feel purposeful, joyful and authentic.

While coaches are not required to be licensed, many pursue professional training and certification. I hold a dual-track certification in Health and Life Coaching through an ICF-accredited program rooted in ethical standards, client-centered communication, and evidence-based practices.
In addition to my coaching credentials, I am a certified yoga teacher, Qi Gong instructor, and somatic practitioner. My approach integrates both Eastern and Western wisdom, drawing from my personal Daoist cultivation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Five Element theory, alongside modern insights from psychology, neuroscience, and Polyvagal Theory.
I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, holistic support that honors the fullness of who you are: mind, body, and spirit. My practice is rooted in a deep reverence for both ancient traditions and modern science, allowing me to guide clients through meaningful transformation with clarity, care, and integrity.

There is some overlap between coaching and therapy, both offer a supportive, reflective space to help you grow, gain insight, and navigate challenges.
Therapy is more focused on healing the past. It often involves processing emotions, unpacking trauma, and addressing mental health concerns.
Coaching is more future-focused and action-oriented. It supports high-functioning individuals who feel stuck or misaligned and are ready to clarify their goals, shift patterns, and take meaningful steps forward.
Coaching can be so powerful if you’re ready to move out of survival mode and into alignment. It’s a collaborative process that helps you access your inner wisdom, build momentum, and create a life that truly feels like yours.

While my coaching is mainly for high-achieving Asian American women, I also have had coaching clients who don’t fit this description. It depends on where you’re starting and what you're working toward. Some clients notice shifts in their energy, mindset, or clarity within the first few weeks, while others experience a more gradual transformation as they integrate new practices into daily life. This work is about creating lasting change, not quick fixes. The timeline truly depends on your goals and your commitment to the process. Most clients begin to see meaningful shifts within the first month, with deeper, long-lasting results unfolding over longer period, which is why my coaching program is designed to be 4 to 12 months long.
